Encourage women in tech.
📍 Spotlight: Kelley Irwin
💬 “Leadership is about creating positive change for people and for the future.”
With Debra Christmas, I had the privilege of co-authoring “Please Stay – How Women in Tech Survive and Thrive”, capturing stories of resilience, growth, and leadership from women across the tech industry.
Leadership is learned in moments, not milestones.
Professionally, I’ve spent more than three decades in technology and executive leadership, beginning my career as a software developer and progressing to the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) in multiple companies in the financial services, insurance and energy sectors.
I currently serve as a Board Director and as a Strategic Advisor to CEOs, leveraging my expertise in technology, cyber security, and risk management.
My journey has been fueled by a deep sense of responsibility to build environments where people and teams can thrive.
Through my work, and through my books, my mission has been clear: to share practical strategies, leadership lessons, and authentic stories that inspire women to stay in tech and to lead with confidence.
👉 The lesson? By telling our stories and supporting each other, we build pathways for the next generation of leaders.
