Kelley Irwin

Kelley Irwin is a Board Director, former CIO, writer, and traveller who finds meaning in leadership, life, and the small moments along the way.

After more than 35 years in technology and executive leadership, Kelley now writes and speaks about leadership, resilience, technology governance, and the human side of change. Her work reflects a belief that the best lessons are often found in real moments at work, at home, and on the road.

Each year, Kelley and her husband Les take a motorcycle trip with minimal planning, a camera in hand, and a willingness to let the road decide. Those journeys have become part of how she reflects on life, leadership, and what it means to keep moving forward.

When she is not riding passenger, writing, or speaking, Kelley serves as a corporate board director and strategic advisor to CEOs and boards, helping organizations strengthen technology governance, navigate cyber risk, and bring clarity and practical perspective to complex decisions.
