When we featured Christina Chan in “Please Stay – How Women in Tech Survive and Thrive”, she was a Senior Software Engineer at Wealthsimple. Today, Christina is a Staff Software Developer (2022–present) on the Platform Engineering team, where she focuses on building solutions that empower engineers to ship code faster and with greater confidence. Her expertise spans scaling and performance, incident response, and web + mobile product development. Christina’s journey shows us that leadership in technology isn’t always about the spotlight. It’s about building the systems and foundations that help others succeed.
