Ritual sets the tone for every journey.
Before any long ride, I enjoy the ritual of preparation including gear, tools, essentials, and the deliberate choice of what to bring and what to leave behind.
Leadership also asks us to be intentional about what we carry. Sometimes progress means lightening the load.
