When we featured Emma Irwin in our book, “Please Stay – How Women in Tech Survive and Thrive”, she was a Sales Engineer at Dataiku in Canada.
Today, she’s the Director of Sales Engineering (2022–present), based in London England, where she leads teams focused on helping organizations integrate AI into their business processes and operations. From supporting major accounts like RBC and Takeda to scaling with startups, Emma’s career has been defined by her ability to solve open-ended business problems with technology.
Beyond her role, Emma is deeply committed to mentoring young women in tech, a passion that continues to shape her leadership journey.
