A leader needs to build teams of people with many different talents. Encourage decisions and solutions that leverage each of the talents to deliver surprising results. Easy to say, requires strength to do every day.
Same principles apply at home. I had a vision for an author’s studio. As I described what I wanted to Christopher who would build it for me, he asked me to trust him to use his talents to create a studio I would love. Combining my vision for the need, and his talent for the build, the results far exceeded anything I could have imagined. The creative hours spent in the studio are enhanced by the beauty and extraordinary craftsmanship from Christopher’s talents. Do you trust others to use their talents?
