    One day this week (Mar 2024), I asked Dad how he was. He said much better now since your mom isn’t dead.

  • Dad is interviewing job candidates

    One day this week (Feb 2024), I told Dad the interviews were rescheduled for tomorrow. This allowed him to focus on the conversation at hand.

  • Dad thinks he can’t walk

    One day this week (Feb 2024), Mom called and said Dad can’t walk. He didn’t fall, nothing is visibly wrong, but he told her he just can’t do it.

  • Asking for help

    One day in Nov 2022, I made a call and asked for help. Sounds so simple now.

  • Dad watches for cues

    One day this week (Jan 2024) Dad asked me why he couldn’t see. He didn’t realize his eyes were closed.

  • Dad is on Cloud 9

    One day last week (Dec 2023), Dad said he was on Cloud 9 ☁️. This was a perfect moment to end a tough year for all of us.
