Strong and firm and does not weaken.
A leader needs to make decisions and stand behind them even in the face of adversity. Accept input, think it through, and then stay strong in your beliefs. Easy to say, requires strength to do every day.
Same principles apply at home. I made a commitment that requires daily execution. Some days I’m busy, some days just tired, but I know there is a person counting on me. I keep my commitment and do not waver. Do you have commitments that are unwavering?
