Focus
A point of concentration, attention or effort, the centre of interest or activity. Focus drives your actions in the right direction to achieve your goal. Easy to say, requires strength to do every day.
Same principles apply at home. Last night, we were breaking boards in martial arts. While my board is still whole today, I saw it break in my mind. That is one of the first steps. The #belief, the #vision, is more important than #strength or speed. Today I wrapped my black belt around the first board I ever broke to remind myself, and gather the positive energy for next time! #enjoy the #outcome
