Encourage input, consider options, challenge current approach, and experiment. Easy to say, requires strength to do every day.
Same principles apply at home. Holding a family celebration in the backyard one hour after a major storm blew through was a challenge. Being creative and asking the early guests to quickly help us set up allowed us to keep the outdoor plan – and please the bride and groom!
